Kara Breda 
President

Kara is an organizational analytics professional with nearly a decade of experience helping organizations use data to understand their people and processes. Her career has spanned multiple industries, including insurance, education, and retail. She specializes in retention/turnover, measurement consulting, and statistical modeling. 

 

Kara holds a PhD in Quantitative Research, Evaluation, and Measurement from The Ohio State University and a MA in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Xavier University.

Michele Williams
Vice President

Michele is an Organizational Development professional with five years experience working in Fortune 500 companies. She specializes in early career development, onboarding, and helping organizations build a culture of development.

She holds a Masters of Business Psychology from Franklin University in Columbus Ohio. In her free time, Michele fundraises for cancer research supporting the Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center – Arthur G. James Cancer Hospital and Richard J. Solove Research Institute (OSUCCC – James).

Ernest Hoffman
Executive Administrator/Secretary

Ernest Hoffman is the Director of Research and Development for PRADCO, a management consulting firm.  He oversees product development and research around PRADCO's three main areas of focus; (1) assessment for hire and development, (2) management/leadership coaching, and (3) group-level organizational development.

  

Ernest holds a PhD in industrial-organizational psychology from the University of Akron and was the 2016 recipient of Columbus CEO's Future Leader HR Excellence Award.

Elisabeth Kelbley
President - Elect

Elisabeth Kelbley is the Manager, Organizational Effectiveness at Cardinal Health.  She holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Slippery Rock University.  She recently joined Cardinal Health where she is leading a team to support global Team Effectiveness, Engagement, Assessments, and Culture.


Prior to Cardinal Health she was at zulily, an ecommerce company based in Seattle, for over 2 years. During that time she led projects and programs from onboarding, performance management, engagement, and measurements. While at Express, she supported initiatives around Engagement and training and development for the Org Development team. Prior to entering into Org Development/Org Effectiveness Elisabeth began her career in Human Resources.

Erin Gerbec
Treasurer

Erin Gerbec is passionate about transforming organizations through best practices in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. Partnering with senior leadership to measure and improve organizational outcomes while increasing employee engagement has been the focus of her career. At Nationwide Insurance, Erin is a Senior Consultant in Talent Analytics and Assessments, which involves analyzing data and strategic influence of key stakeholders. Erin brings best practices in research, consulting, and change management to her work to support data-driven decision making and organizational development.

 

Erin received her Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Bowling Green State University and graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelors of Science degree with honors and distinction in Psychology. Past employers include Measurement Resources Company, U.S. Air Force, and the RAND Corporation.

Zachary Kalinoski
Marketing Director

Zachary Kalinoski is the Talent & Workforce Analyst at NiSource - Columbia Gas of Ohio. Prior to NiSource, he was employed by Aptima, Inc. and Symphony Talent as well as small businesses in the human capital space. His specialties include HR analytics, learning & development, recruitment & selection. His career has been spent in the education, defense, utilities, professional services, banking & insurance, retail, and staffing services industries. 

Zach earned his Ph.D. and M.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Wright State University with a minor in Human Factors Psychology as well as a B.A. in Psychology from Ohio University.
